Passenger Policies

Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited on board, and all passengers must wear seatbelts. Our drivers will assist with boarding, but are not permitted to enter homes. Please ensure all personal items are secured, as RMS is not responsible for lost belongings. Pets are not permitted on RMS Vehicles
